[rc5-announce] Key Proxies going off-line

The following two RC5 keyservers will be going off-line:

	opus.rh1.iit.edu (198.37.25.142)
	kidsat-pc.jpl.nasa.gov (128.149.135.204)

These servers have been removed from the rc5proxy.distributed.net alias for
many days, yet there is still a small amount of traffic being sent to them,
indicating that the remaining clients have been pointed directly to the
machines either by name or by IP.

If you have clients pointed directly to either of those servers, please re
configure your clients to point to one of the others listed on the proxy
status page (http://rc5.distributed.net/stats/proxyinfo.html)

Failure to do so will mean that your clients will not be able to
fetch/transmit any more keyblocks and will go idle!
