[rc5-announce] New 2.004 binaries

There have been a few new 2.004 binaries made available on our client
download page including:

aix3-power
aix4-ppc
decunix32-alpha (generic)
hpux10-hppa11
netbsd12G-alpha
netbsg12G-x86

Additionally, the existing decunix-alpha client has been repackaged so that
it contains EV4, EV45, EV5, EV56 binaries that are correctly labelled.  The
previous decunix-alpha-generic client (faster only on EV4 machines) is now
included as the EV4 binary in the above package.
