[RC5-ANNOUNCE] v2.6402 clients

Now that the significant development on the 64-bit clients (based on the
"old v2 technology") is more or less complete, the finalized v2.6402
clients will begin to be released starting this week.

The new version number mostly represents the cumulative changes that have
been added to the "beta" client (v2.6401) since its initial release and
itself doesn't add much new functionality when compared with the final
releases of the v2.6401 clients.  However, with the new release, the
clients now print out their internal sub-build number and filenames will
also be named to correspond with the sub-build.

Users are encouraged to upgrade their clients to the v2.6402 clients as
they become available for their platform.

A text version of the client documentation that was previously available at
http://www.neosoft.com/daniel/V2-6401.html will also be included with these
new releases of the client.
