We have now completed 13.67% of the DES-II-2 keyspace. A rate of
61.9 Gkeys/sec yesterday, completeing 9.9M blocks.

The odds are 1 in 11 that we'll wrap this thing up before tomorrow.

During the Launch of DES-II-2 www.distributed.net was serving more
then 15 requests per second.

Approximately 60% of all clients have now switched over to DES.

DES-II-1 took until 1/27/98 (15 days) to get as far as we are now.
DESCHALL took until 5/30/97 to reach 18M blocks -- about 3 months

jrenken at sandwich.net completed the first DES-II-2 block.

There have been 18975 unique emails since the beginning of this
project. 17966 of them were active yesterday and of those, 3473 were
brand-new participants.

There are 2042 registered teams. 1976 of them submitted blocks
yesterday. (213 of them are brand new!)
