[HARDWARE] Processor slow down....

I wasn't specific enough:

Name one PCI USR modem that isn't a winmodem.  I have already asked the source
(USR/3COM) and am waiting for them to get back to me.  I'll be sure to post
the response here, if there is enough interest.
