Actually I voluteered to provide significant help ... starter layout with
3.3V pci form factor.  Group effort to evolve the design, design check,
and reach concensus for a group effort.

I can do fab in my lab for short runs (<20 pieces) ... bigger than that
it can be handed to a contract mfg shop for batch builds. CM fees are
probably around $50-100/board for assembly.
