I have a hard time believing that 5-10 hardware compaines wouldn't sponsor RC5 with a $1000 check to keep this project rolling. If only 5 companies had put $1000 in a mutual fund that distributed.net oversaw 10 yrs ago, it would have increased each year making the pot of money more tempting today. So why not do something like that now?
