[RC5-PROXYPER] Proxy log files owned by root?

Seems you're starting the proxy in the rc file.
So the proxy starts running as root, and if you stop and starts it again
it runs as rc5
su -c "cd ~rc5;nohup ./rc5proxy >> rc5proxy.out 2> /dev/null& >
doing this you'l start the proxy in the rc5 account.
