[RC5-PROXYPER] Proxyper service under Windows NT

Ok it's working ...
But I relaunch the GUI proxyper ... because of the log ... I need someting like 
proxyper.log.
But always the same log file for all days.

For your 2000 Keys in out buffer ... launch again GUI proxyper ... I think it 
will flush the blocks
