[RC5-PROXYPER] Proxy Build 261 Win32 HTTP proxy problem

When I used to run the PProxy under NT4 it did exactly the same thing...
it's as if it's caching the IP address for rc5proxy.distributed.net and
therefore never getting a new IP address.

Is there a way for the proxy to force NT to flush the cached IP address for
that name?

I'm now running my pproxy under Linux and it does not suffer from this
problem.
