[RC5-PROXYPER] Error Locating http proxy

I have configured the latest personal proxy for win95 to reach the key
servers via an http proxy server here using the same settings I have
been using for the GUI client for a few weeks now. I am receiving an
error locating the http proxy even though I know I can ping the machine
and flushing from the GUI client is OK.

The relevant settings are :-

(a.b.c.d is the ip address of the http proxy, w.x.y.z in the following
log file is my own IP address)

uuehttpmode=2
httpproxy=a.b.c.d
httpport=8080
httpid=<cut and pasted from GUI client>

Any help would be appreciated.

Log file attached.
