[RC5-PROXYPER] WIN32 Personal Proxies

Well, I've given up on the OS/2 proxy (for the moment) and I thought I'd
give 
the WIn32 one a try. 
 
Now I'm getting diferent problems. here's an extract from the log gile.

I've tried it with a UTTP mode of 2 and 3 with no diference.
