[RC5-PROXYPER] new personal proxy (OS/2)

I've flushed and deleted my out buffer before starting new pproxy, and thing
went ok: 

[01/13/98 20:14:02 GMT] Transmitting completed block to server
[01/13/98 20:14:03 GMT] Server acknowledged data transmittal

but after a while I see the following:

[01/14/98 07:10:37 GMT] Transmitting completed block to server
[01/14/98 07:10:37 GMT] Server connection done, closing now
[01/14/98 07:10:37 GMT] Putting back 15 unsent server acknowledgements

This is really a *big* problem...

(I'm using linux pp for linux, build 270)
