[RC5-PROXYPER] linux build 274b

I've just installed  build 274b of linux proxyper, but it seems to not flush
out-buffers. if I use kill -HUP, sometimes it flushes buffers, sometimes no.
look at this:

ANother thing: when a client sends 2 blocks for des, the pproxy reports 2
uploads with 4 blocks each, and buffers counts is incremented by 8:
