Could you or someone else explain what is different?!?!  I'm using my
v270 INI (renamed from RC5DESPROXYPER to RC5PROXY) and with the
manually added 'allowdes=1' setting.  A quick glance through the
included README.TXT only includes, the previously omitted, 'allowdes'
option.
