I've just started using Personal Proxy 2.80 on an NT workstation and
noticed that it records events in the log file a full hour behind what
they should be. For example, an event occurring at 06:00:00 GMT will
appear in the log at 05:00:00 GMT.

My time zone is GMT+10. This is set correctly in NT and the daylight
saving feature is disabled. The clock is set to the correct time. No
strange time zone environment variables are lurking on the system.

Has anyone else experienced this?
