[PROXYPER] Linux Proxy not working correctly ?

I'm having problems with the latest proxy for linux. I have noticed that the
proxy does not send all the blocks when triggered, and you have to do it
multiple times to eventually send all keys.

Take a look at this from my log. As you can see there are still 2582 blocks
left AFTER an ALRM signal has been sent.

08/15/99 02:56:18,server: Sending to server rc564 block b49840e2:e0000000,
08/15/99 02:56:18,Server changed from state 0 to 1
08/15/99 02:56:18,Server changed from state 1 to 50
08/15/99 02:56:25,Server changed from state 0 to 1
08/15/99 02:56:25,Server changed from state 1 to 50
08/15/99 02:58:26,server: Closing server connection in slot #0.
08/15/99 02:58:26,server: Successfully put back 15 unsent blocks.
08/15/99 02:58:26,rc564 r=5807/1000, d=2582/20000, 0.0 Mkeys/sec, tot=0
08/15/99 02:58:26,rc564 last serverconnection sent 715 and received 0
08/15/99 02:58:26,desII r=0/100, d=0/100, 0.0 Mkeys/sec, tot=0
08/15/99 02:58:26,desII last serverconnection sent 0 and received 0

I have noticed other people complaining of this problem recently, and I for
one have not changed anything here. Maybe there is a problem with the
proxies up the chain ? Does anyone have any ideas ? If not this is seriously
hindering the project as many keys are not being sent back !
