[PROXYPER] Linux Proxy not working correctly ?

I made this mistake too.  I thought I'd set it high as I only wanted the
client to connect when it needed to collect new blocks unfortunately
setting the 'done' figure high means it just never connects.  I think
the proxy should collect when it needs to and flush at the same time.
