[PROXYPER] Proxy in and out files

Hi, if  your proxys have the same version then you will have no problem, but
make some backups of the buffers to be safe and run the proxy with some
commandline parameter ( I dont remember the syntaks...) to check the
logfiles before you start pproxy for your upstream.
