[PROXYPER] Proxy in and out files

You obviously did not properly shut down the pproxy before running
-repair.

If the proxy is DEFINATELY NOT RUNNING type

proxyper -unlock
proxyper -repair

You should shut down the pproxy cleanly (send it a SIGHUP).
