FW: [PROXYPER] HTTP Errors...

Build 304 modified some aspects of http communications that may improve
compatibility with some http proxies.  I've just made available a 304
Solaris sparc proxy, so you should try upgrading if that is the platform
you were waiting for.  I will see if I can convince dbaker to rebuild the
freebsd targets.
