[PROXYPER] Take over buffer from V280 to V302.

	I did see something in the readme.txt about a new -repair that will
fix them to work on a 302 proxy .. dunno if it works though..

		You can not use the old buffer files with the new proxies.
Make sure that you run
		the old proxy per.  Set the maxkeysdone to 1 and start the
proxy per.  This will
		force it to flush out all the completed blocks.  You can
then just delete the
		buffer files and start the new proxy per.
