Well, although I personnaly feel you should be doing DES unless
you have a VERY good reason (note: stats are a crap reason, the
worst reason on earth, infact).  A decent reason would be
that you are unable to return one block in the time of the contest.
You are running a pproxy, which leads me to beleive that is not true,
therefore I honestly don't see why you don't want to do DES, but
unfortunately, that is your choice.

As you have been told, processdes=0 doesnt work.

Set the max/min keys for des to 0, or set each client to processdes=0,
or even, write protect an empty buffer file for des (on a decent OS)
