[PROXYPER] 302 solaris proxy corruption and locking

try using proxyper -unlock, it seems to work well unlocking files.

I'm running 302 on freebsd2, and it also appears to get corrupted buffer
files every few hours. I just stop it and run -repair and away it goes again.

its a hassle, but i'm going to put up with it until DES-III is finished
