[PROXYPER] Flushing blocks

If you read the readme, you can see you can specify what you want to
have displayed in the logfile. Probably you have option "all" on.
Try using other options, like specifying only:
"general stats buffers timestamp attention errwarn errlow errsevere"
That's what i use, not bloated at all...
