[PROXYPER] Unable to contact keyservers

Hello everyone,

I have been unable to connect to the main keyservers for a couple of
days now. As you can see from the log file snippet
below, I am completely out of keys and have 15k ready to send.

This is running proxyper304 on Redhat Linux 5.2 (with 2.0.36 kernel).

I have included the proxyper.ini file at the end of this message. I am
using port 23 to talk to the keyservers since we
are behind a firewall. I have tried switching over to using our proxy
server and using http, but with the same results.

Does this mean anything?
[05/18/99 19:26:49 UTC] Server 205.149.163.211 changed from state 0 to 1

[05/18/99 19:26:49 UTC] Server 205.149.163.211 changed from state 1 to 8

[05/18/99 19:26:49 UTC] Server 205.149.163.211 is no longer connected
(reading).

Nothing has changed on the Linux box that is running proxyper. The
network folks say that nothing has changed on the
network either.

Any idea?

TIA,

Richard Crow
