[PROXYPER] Lost Blocks with PProxy 306

Hi

Was using the new Personal Proxy for Win95 306 when it gladly accepted
blocks from two machines (1 & 3 days work respectively) and declared it had
received nothing. See log extract below. The key log was not updated.

Now there is one thing I had done since I had noticed that the proxy was
using 15% CPU. I tried Ivo's suggestion of ini-option "checkduplicates=0".

Sorry I'm back to Proxy 280 ...
