Yes, I am finding this as well.
My systems are running at slightly less than half the keyrate I get with RC5.

I believe this is the case.
Remember the RC5 code is highly optimised due to the number of development
cycles it's been through.
Hopefully the CSC rate will improve as they spend more time optimising the
code.
