[PROXYPER] Can't get CSC going

I thought I had the latest client. Thanks for pointing out that I did not.
I had just downloaded what looked like the latest a couple of days ago but
somehow, I got an older load. It is odd that the version I had seemed to
support CSC but, in fact, did not. CSC was one of the options in the setup
options but it ignored it.
With the new one, it immediately started CSC work.
