[PROXYPER] using uuehttpmode

Nor did mine, even after port 2064.  I side stepped the problem by
installing Winroute instead of MS Proxy.  Worked fine, not to mention
it's only 700k and doesn't require the insecurities of IIS.  I am
curious to how the client worked with ms proxy, though.
