[PROXYPER] DNETC installed without my knowledge ??

IIRC, the machine in question is a home machine.   With Dnet running as
priority 8 or 9 and taking up squat for memory, I doubt he would even have
noticed.  I mean really, how many *home users* would even know that their
cpu is pegged if their GUI seems as snappy as ever?   I'd wager 9/10 would
not.
