[PROXYPER] how to flush OS/2 perproxy

Hi there,

is there something like the UNIX "kill -ALRM" for OS/2?
I know the Ctrl-C (or was it Ctrl-Break?) key, but I want to run the proxy 
detached.
Currently I use the lurkonly feature.
But in the near future I will user a router for internet connection. "normal" mode is 
not an option, because I have to pay for each connection (telephon fees).
So I need a way telling the proxy, that I'am online.
