[PROXYPER] how to disable logs

no problem, its my fault for not supplying enough information. my alibi
is not enough sleep and english is not my native language. <grin>

thanks for the tip. ill try it but i will have to learn to create tasks
as you said. (im new at using win2k and its in japanese which i dont
understand).
