[PROXYPER] Setting up personal proxy with active perl

I am having problems setting up active perl 5.8.7.813 on my Windows2000Pro.

I have setup the Personal web manager and is running. But I cannot figure out how to setup perl script to run and show up on the index.htlm file.

I for the life of me have been trying for over a month now and now totally confused. more than I was when I first started.

Anyone want to help me tackle this problem.
I can give information on directorys and anyother info you need.

I just cannot get it to run a script or nothing......
