[rc5] Problem with (HTTP) Network errors

If you see situations similar to the above (where you see the proxy banner
but infrequently are unable to retrieve any block) *AND* you are using the
HTTP method of the clients, try the following suggestions:

1) make sure that you are running 2.004.  The http tunnelling was improved
in this regard.

2) if the above does not resolve your problem, then it is likely that your
firewall situation does not allow you to do external DNS lookups directly
from your machine.  In such a case, you must force the client to explicitly
use a single proxy by going into the configuration and setting the
preferred *keyserver* to an IP address of one of the proxies.  Try picking
any one of the following:

	205.149.163.212, 207.158.192.53, 206.14.229.57,
	207.88.23.246, 208.135.215.12, 128.101.162.50,
	199.45.111.6, 207.43.209.10
