I don't understand the significance of 64.  If I take (99%)^64, I still
have over 52.5% of the keyspace left.  Perhaps you meant 100?  (99%^100
leaves about 36.6% left, thus you could 1% of remaining keyspace 100 times
and still not find the key...  *grin*)
