[rc5] v2.001 problems

I have noticed a few problems with the new client:

1: -benchmark shows slower figures (~143000k/s), normal key testing shows
the expected figures (~145400k/s), and quitting and resuming a block shows
inflated (~153000k/s) figures (not as bad as before, but still too high).

2: -update works great, but now -flush is killed with a SIGSEGV:

Hope this helps in debugging it. 

3: (very minor) in the usage info, -update is listed on the bottom, but not
in the example commandline [ -fetch | -flush |..]
