Look in the log file for these lines:

1[07/09/97 16:21:22 GMT] Processing block 00F00DD3:D0000000 from 0.00%
1[07/09/97 16:30:57 GMT] Completed block 00F00DD3:D0000000 (268435456keys) in
575 secs [466 kkeys/sec]
[07/09/97 16:30:58 GMT] The proxy says: "Bovine Proxy KeyServer (Build 2095)"
 [07/09/97 16:31:00 GMT] Sent 1 block(s) to server
[07/09/97 16:31:01 GMT] The proxy says: "Bovine Proxy KeyServer (Build 2096)"
 [07/09/97 16:31:03 GMT] Retrieved 1 block(s) from server
1[07/09/97 16:31:03 GMT] Processing block 00F00E82:00000000 from 0.00%

If you are just buffering one block, it should send it out as soon as it
is done. If not, then it should write it to a file called buff-out and
then send it later when the output buffer is full. Either way it should
still say 'Sent x block(s) to server' somewhere in the logfile.
