[rc5] Block ID processing not equal block ID completed

A quick look at the math shows that the blocks are taking about 11 minutes
each.  The difference between the two log entries is 24 minutes, so there
should have been additional log entries for Completed block
00155431:20000000 and Processing block 009C57B5:90000000.  I guess the
question is what happened to those entries.
