[rc5] Anybody notice the aberrations in the total proxy rate?

Never thought to add them up.  (Computers are infalable, you know)

But, it's a good question... *grin*

How about if the proxy servers are all reporting to the master server and
the total is the current rate on the master server and not the sum of the
rates on the proxy servers.  Also, the rates on the proxy servers no doubt
fluctuate wildly and the timing of the rate "snapshot" may be a factor.
