[rc5] New competitor

It is a positive step, however I'm anxiously awaiting the stupid flames that
will arise and the stupid disparaging remarks that kept flaring up during
Deschall.  There's nothing wrong with it by virtue of what they are doing, it's
just that inevitably someone will say the wrong thing...

backwards. So statistically there is no need for randomizing key orders,
for competition purposes there is. the 80 days of work mean no advantage
now. But should they run backwards, they'll cost no computing power except
for the randomized block by the TimC clients every now and then.
