[rc5] What happens when a personal proxy dies?

If you send a HUP signal to the proxy, it will report the keys. If you
shutdown the machine the proxy has not the time to report the keys and
they are lost (just happend to me).

Clients on other machines will report there blocks to the proxy if he is
up. So they are not lost.
