[rc5] v2 client fast but crappy

Yes, that kluge will work, but it's not a true solution, especially if you
are away from a net connection for more than 50 blocks or your attempts to
- -flush blow up (I've had "network error, try later" reported about 80% of
the time when I do a -flush)

As I said, the client is faster which is very nice, however there are
several features noticibly lacking.  It's like trying to surf the web with
Lynx.  Yes, you can do it, and there are even times when it's appropriate,
but it's not as good a it could (and maybe should) be.
