[rc5] Port to NetBSD on Decstation 5000

I was looking to do a port to a Decstation 5000/260 running NetBSD. I
found the source code to an older version of the v2.0 client, but it
was incompatible with the new personal proxies.

If someone could direct me to the current source code, I'll do the
port myself - it seemed to compile cleanly using the mips-gcc option.

ps. The Decstation 5000/260 is a MIPS3 chips running at 60MHz and did
about 45000 keys/s with the client I tried.
