[rc5] Win32GUI client, sounds and size of EXE file

The debugging information has already been removed from the GUI.  You would
definitely know it if it had left it in since the size of the EXE would be
closer to 1.2mb

Resources do not consume RAM merely because they are stored in the EXE.
They are dynamically loaded and freed as they are needed.
