[RC5] Win32/Win16 gui problem

I reported this to them last week.  The win32 GUI client window can only
hold 30,000 characters.  The bad part is that when you exceed the 30,000
character limit, the client doesn't scroll the info off the top.  Hopefully
it will get fixed in the next version.
