[RC5] Holding blocks hostage

Why do all these statements sound suspiciously like a bad movie involving a bus.
 Something along the lines of, 'Your on a bus moving 50 miles per hour, and if
it stops, your dead'.

I am currently holding 200 unprocessed blocks hostage.  I will process
fifty of these and return them to the CowShed(tm) only after I have
been delivered an additional fifty replacement unprocessed blocks.  If
the CowShed(tm) should prove unable, or unwilling, to provide
unprocessed blocks, I will continue to process those blocks that I do
have until such time as the CowShed(tm) accedes to my demands for more
