[RC5] PPC 750 (G3 Mac) optimized client?

It was pointed out on the RC5-mac list the 604e is more efficient than
the G3 at in-processor operations. The G3 makes great strides in
improving processor<=>bus communications so for most programs it is
faster than the 604e, but the RC5-mac core loop works completely out of
registers (not L1 cache - registers) so there is no bus communications
going on. The 604e is a bit faster than the G3 at RC-5 (until the G3
gets higher Mhz of course).
