[RC5] No net access for weeks at a time....

I haven't shared this because we don't want the keyservers flooded.

Put the following in a batch file and run it 10 time
	rc564 -bin 1000 -fetch -in ckpoint.rc5 -ckpoint buff-in.rc5
	rc564 -bin 1000 -fetch -in buff-in.rc5 -ckpoint ckpoint.rc5
