[rc5] GUIWIN clogging my CPU

This is a known bug with the Intel chips.  There is a workaround, 
rotate the CPU 90 degrees in the ZIF socket.  You will need to 
break a corner pin off in order for it to fit in the socket for this
configuration.  

Note, this problem does NOT occur with the AMD K5 and K6 chips.

    I just got that WinTop thing and my goodness! This nasty program

'idle' is taking up almost all my CPU!!!!! Is this a known issue or
something? My goodness! I may need to return my computer!
